Hi! We’re sadie and mackenzie — we are the hearts behind It matters.

We started this brand as two friends partnered together for a project in leadership class. What was supposed to be just a school project turned into a shared mission, to remind people that their feelings, struggles and stories truly matter. our goal from the start was to break the silence around mental health. mental health has always been a big part of our lives, so through this clothing line, our message and our goal is to help people feel seen, heard and never alone.
